Hi, I’m Ed. I am an agile coach and trainer with special interest in User Experience, Organisational agility, Business Analysis, Scrum, and lean. I provide agile coaching, training, and consulting, based in Melbourne, Australia. The Projects’ Little Helper site is a place to blog about innovation, collaboration, and change in aspiring lean and agile organisations. I also use this site as an organizer in the Melbourne Agile Meetup and Conference communities. I am part of the Tabar Collective.
