Hi, I’m Ed. I am an agile coach, consultant, event and course organiser and trainer with special interest in User Experience, Organisational agility, Business Analysis, Scrum, and lean.
I provide agile coaching, training, and consulting, based in Melbourne, Australia. The Projects’ Little Helper site is a place to explore innovation, collaboration, and change in aspiring lean and agile organisations.
I am also organizer in the Melbourne Agile Meetup community, and of the events, LAST Conference, 1st Conference and Spark the Change Australia.
I’ve been Alistair Cockburn and Jurgen Appelo‘s right hand man on recent book and training tours of Australia.
I am a founding member of the Tabar Collective.
